Process
1.
Consultation
We will meet you at your site to discuss your requirements. We will assess the site, and discuss with you how and by whom it will be used in order to get a clear picture of your needs. We will show you examples of our work and drawings to give you a better understanding of the scope of our work and the design process. We can also provide references and locations of some of our completed work sites you can visit and get a feel for our work.
2.
Design proposal
After the consultation visit we will provide you a firm landscape or swimming pool design proposal for the design requirements and the services you would like us to provide. If you accept the design proposal we will move forward with the design.
3.
Design work
We will design your garden or Swimming pool with a detailed and accurate scaled drawing that shows the location of all proposed site elements and materials plus existing features that are to remain. We will deliver to you a final to-scale plan along with images to communicate look and feel of the plantings, hardscapes with water features.
4.
Implementation
An accurate schedule will be provided with information about our employees working there so that there wont be any confusions in coordinating the work and with a clear list of work flow plan. This implementation would carryout with the mentioned timeline and if there are any change needs to be done , prior intimation will be given and hence proceeded after approval.
5.
Handing over
Once all the works are over, a trial run will be done with the clients where we will be explaining all the technical process required for maintaining and maintenance contract will be decided as per clients requirements.
